Hello, I would love this feature, but at the same time google has started suspending accounts more frequently and I am worried that this will happen to our clients If this platform is not positive that it is operating within googles guidelines. See screenshot from googles support. Please don’t make any adjustments that can’t be turned off and on, as I think as google rolls out their new suspension guidelines which they have already done in EU, we are going to have to tread lightly with reputation software and how we use it. I hope climbo is on it as this could be a support nightmare for white label users.
One of my customers has expressed a preference for landing on Google Business profile through the Google Maps app, rather than the default browser. This change is anticipated to enhance the user experience significantly, as some customers tend to abandon the process of leaving reviews due to forgotten Google passwords.
NB If customers don't have a gmail account they cannot leave a review on Google. BirdEye's software detects what device the customer is on. If it is Android they usually have gmail so it directs the review to Google. If it is apple they may or may not have gmail so I believe it offers the opportunity to leave a review on either google or another platform that does not need gmail like Trustpilot.
Great!
A internal randomiser would be good.
Scenario1: (Client has only one review platform)
Customer cicks 4 or 5 > Redirected directly to Google.
Scenario2:(If a client has two or three review platform)
Customer cicks 4 or 5 > Randomiser redirectes the customer to one of the added review platform by the Client.( Each time alternating according to its order)
This can be even better - By setting a % for each platform. Example: Google 50%, Facebook 25%, Yelp 25% randomly distributing reviews accordingly straight to one of the available platforms. This way you can grow the number of reviews on each platform at individual speeds.
I'd like this to be implemented, some of my customer relay only on 1 review platform and in fact the double selection is just a waste of clicks. If the user has only 1 review platform activated after the star rating widget should be redirected straight to the platform review Page
I think it needs to be straight only if Google or another review platform is the only set option as a review choice. Then it will redirect to its related URL path.

Also if 4 and 5 stars reviews manually option can change to AUTO that will be great. Customers can choose to put AUTO SOCIAL SHARING on or off.

I was thinking this yesterday and was about to ask for it. This would be so much better. Once less click.
