It would be great to have an onboarding video with English text for clients to see how the platform works when they login. Name the tab "Get Started".

The idea is good, but an area should be created, where everyone can define their video and/or videos that the customer will have access to when they login.
The English language is predominant, but it is not the only one, so everyone should be given the option of creating their own video in the languages they want and it will change according to the language chosen by the client.
Note that this is just my opinion. The idea itself is already excellent.
