It would be better if the businesses on "go.domain.com" are in "No Index", so no one will see our clients even if they know who our agency is.
And let it continue in Do Follow, so the advantage is that from the businesses and their clients people can see our LOGO Link in "Do Follow" and thus it would generate greater authority to the domain of our agency if they enter through the LOGO link.

Guys , after investigations,
I can see only website using the widget have they landing page indexed under YOUR domain.
An alternative can be to add a choice with the widget agency logo:
DoFollow
or
NoFollow
