Add 'person in charge' section in the negative feedback page.

I think it's a good idea to add an option to select person in charge section to the negative feedback form, allowing users to select the name of the person in charge or salesperson they interacted with. So that we can identify who is responsible for the bad review.
This is the example from other review app how they do it.
