Introduce a real-time review response option that enables the AI to automatically reply to client reviews immediately upon submission, eliminating the need for manual intervention through the dashboard.

I agree this will add great value specially small and medium size businesses….
This would be huge for us! GatherUp, BirdEye, and others have also added the AI auto-reply feature (in production).
We have one client still using GatherUp (we're working on sundowning that platform), and they LOVE this new feature. Once AI Replies are running, I can switch them to our platform.
I would add the option to auto reply to some reviews, let’s say 3-5 stars, and do manually the others. This is because usually 1-2 stars reviews normally address a specific problem that needs to be “investigated” by a human.
I believe an Auto Reply feature could be a clever addition for clients to purchase. With this feature, you can simply set it up and forget about it, as our system will handle your reviews for you. There's no need to hire someone to monitor the system, and having an automated system can truly save you both time and money. It's a win-win situation, don't you agree?
The more automated the system is the less time and effort is required by the business owner (client) which makes our solution more appealing. Responses need to be personalised and relevant ideally with some keywords in them to help SEO. It would be good if there was a time delay so clients have the option to reply personally with or without using AI but have the system do it automatically after a given time frame if they are too busy.
Not a great idea for SEO purposes or your client, an auto response will look exactly that. Each reply should be human written and unique. This could lead to issues further down the line. Although Ai help with the content is worth a look.
Great feature I suggest also to control the delay time to response otherwise it’s kind of weird if you tap in your review while sitting in the restaurant and the response is immediately.
The delay and time should be randomized. For example, between 3 and 6 days after the review. This would give our clients the opportunity to respond manually for 3 days if they wish. If they do not, they can check the option for the AI to do it automatically on their behalf. Regarding the time slot: do not post a response outside of regular working hours (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), as a response posted in the middle of the night would leave people perplexed.

And Delay time is also needed as said here.
