Create manual review API

Hi there,

At Reviewshake you can at manual reviews through the api: documenter.getpostman.com/view/2364352/reviewshake-api-public/7TNfBHp?version=latest#3cd2e46f-5f15-49a5-8bac-270d73b5d1bc:~:text=Create-,manual,-review

If we implement this we can make it possible to make our own scraper connections with review websites, also local sites that you are not going to support.
