Our Analytics is great for collected Reviews but customers who are working on improving their scores need a bit more than what we have.
Suggesting we add:
1) review spread (5,4,3,2,1 stars) ---by integration and by total
2) ratings score (how many bad vs good)
3) completeness of the listing(e.g. description, phone number, website, schedule, posts, pictures, hours, Q&A, services/products, promotions etc)
4) frequent words in reviews (positive and negative) -- Sentiment
5) highest viewed negative and positive reviews (top 5)
6) local rank (or grid)
7) review volume over time --by integration
8) response rate (percentage and time to respond)
9) reviews with photos (count)
10) competitor analysis
11) volume by integration
12) keywords (for organic search, current and suggested)
13) recency and volume (30 days)
14) conversion rate of requests
15) conversion timeline of requests
16) count/percentage of low ratings (how many blocked)
