This means everybody know you use a way to filter negative comments.
This can affect our clients company's brand image.
For example on my homepage they will directly see :

The practice of attempting to filter out negative reviews, like Climbo does before they are posted on platforms like Google or Facebook, is commonly referred to as "review gating." Review gating involves selectively soliciting positive feedback for public posting while diverting negative feedback to private channels for resolution. This practice is often controversial and may violate the terms of service of review platforms. It is also bad for how you capitalize on your own operations and problem-solving.
