Dear Giacomo, does the status "Closed" mean that this should be implemented and available? If yes, can you explain how our customers can change their language? In my customer account, I do not see a setting for this and the agency language is used in all customer accounts automatically.
If I as an admin can set default language in the system also, that would be more efficient for me as I only have Norwegian Clients. Then of course a possibility of overriding that for each client would be nice.

Option to set language for Email/sms/notifications in the language client requires. (So Admin can setup the language for them.)
