Email/Text notification if SMS limits are exceeded

It would be helpful to get a notification if certain SMS limits are exceeded. For example, one of our fellow white label agency owners had someone signup for a trial and send over 1,000 text messages. Luckily, he caught before more could be sent, but had he not seen his dashboard in time, much more damage could have been done. I notification would be helpful to alert everyone if that happens again.
