System To Manage Reviewed Customers - Exclude Customer From Future Review Requests

Need the ability to manage successful review requests so that they aren't asked again for a review on future bulk requests and/or reminders.

Current client question that brought this limitation to my attention was from a primary doctor using the service. Here was his question: "How do you recommend I keep track of the patient reviews I am submitting? If I send 100 links out today to my current patients, some will fill them out and some won't. How do I track who did not fill them out? If in 1 month I want to populate the phone numbers of my patients to find new patients how do I make sure I am not sending the same links out to my old, already reviewed patients again?"

The problem: I understand that there can be many variables in this scenario like the client leaving a review via a different google account than we have attached to the client, etc.

Proposed solution: I feel it would be best managed manually, as of now, my client will have to manage this via a spreadsheet. It would be nice if we could have a basic Customer Profile where we could change/update their phone number/email, and choose some option indicating they have already left a review, along with options (possibly via radio select) to exclude them on future requests...almost like they are being added to an account-wide black list.

Maybe there could also be a way to mark them as "Review submitted" but indicate that we would like to still send them requests, but just not include the review site they already submitted to on the page where they choose what sites they want to submit reviews.

Summary: I feel this is a needed feature and will add so much value for clients to be able to track this inside of the system as apposed to tracking via spreadsheets. I believe it's a gap that could be filled relatively easily compared to other, more technical feature requests.

100% agree that we do not want to ask for another review to the same review site. A different review site perhaps months later, or maybe a video review yes.

We absolutely need intelligence in this app that determines aif someone writes a review that they should be removed from the list and a newly revised list is created that can be submitted to multiple future capaigns without repeatedly sending requests to users whove already replied in that particular campaign. My clients are receiving complaints from customers because I am failing to remove customers each time a new review is written.

We should not have to build an external process to do this. Its too easy to miss and causes issues.

We need a feature built into the app to generate us a new update list for phase 2 campaigns and beyond.

One person in the community stated this was their way of handling this...way too much!

"Yes it is a mess with excel files...

Meaning everytime you upload a csv file on the platform you have to enter it in the excel sheet after.

And before you enter the csv file in the platform you enter it in the excel sheet to check for duplicated leads.

The extra process takes 5-10 minutes but if we have to do it for every client many times a month...

Obviously there are easier solutions for Climbo developpers"

It would be great if there were a "reviewed" column in the uploaded list at bottom that got flagged when that customer leaves a review and also have an "x" delete option for each customer line so we can either choose to the remove customer from the bottom list on demand or choose to keep them on the list if we wanted to resend the list again. We could also add a "resend campaign" button to the existing uploaded list.

If we maximized the use of that uploaded list section at the bottom with a review indicator, a delete line option, and resend list to restart the cycle, there shouldn't be too awful much code for climbo to change.

Yep, love it! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on how to implement this feature, too!
