Can there be an option to set limits on features and toggle them on or off? Can these feature settings be grouped, allowing agencies to create tailored packages? This would enable more flexible pricing based on a company's specific usage.
It would allow a free trial not to have any SMS/email features or limit them to 10/50 etc. Stop misuse completely!
