It would be nice to offer HTML Code or a Builder or Templates with custom logo and colours to have more polished review requests for emails

I just sent this to Climbo Support asking for a fix. The font is small font and unprofessional. I was told it's not planned to be changed. We need to keep asking to get proof that Climbo is still being supported.
