Please place the white-labeled help pages from onlinereviews.kb.help/ inside the platform. This way “every client” has immediate access to up-to-date user information, making using and navigating the software easier for new users. Since Climbo updates this resource, as the platform evolves, it saves partners the task of creating and updating the same content. By making this content more accessible everyone from partners to clients benefits.

It’s possible ,You can just add the custom link to your menu so every client have a link direct from there platform. And since there’s the multiple custom links on their roadmap there’s no need for that

Hi Torsten, thanks and I agree with you. I've completed that task. However, when clicking the link, it opens in a separate browser with a different URL, not connected to our white label URL. Also, the link is represented by a generic icon and it's placed on the opposite side to the rest of the icons making it seem disconnected from the navigation bar. I believe it would be more beneficial to integrate this client orientated resource directly into the navigation bar and opening up the pages within our app and therefore partner's white label URL. Just my view though.

You’re right I didn’t think about that . It’s more like a button not like a link in the menu itself . I think they use a different platform for the HelpDesk. Maybe they could use an iframe and embed that to the platform so that it doesn’t open in a new tab.
