Import custom reviews (CSV)

Customers need to be able to import reviews to their widgets from other sources too. This is a major selling point at a competitor I know, who has their own software.
Many businesses have received reviews and feedback through email and other non-listed sources. These should be possible to import through CSV for example, so they can be showcased on the widget.
