A log tracking client activities, such as logins, email/sms request submissions, platform integrations, widget creations, etc, would be beneficial. Email notifications for these actions are a great idea, provided there's an option to toggle them. If this kinda of log was somewhere in the agency portal, that would be pretty valuable.
