When people leave a video review, we don't know if they rated the service with 4 or with 5 stars.
This would be interesting to know, especially if we plan to overlay the videos with branding and an on-screen display, like a lower third or a logo...
It would also be interesting to collect their social media handle(s), next to their name and e-mail.
