Limit characters on AI Reply response

I have tested the AI Reply a few times and it always just keeps writing and writing... The average character length is well above 200/300 every time. Its doesnt look or feel user generated at all because of the length for even the most simple reviews. I was wondering if we could see a feature to allow us to put in a maximum character limit so we can keep them short and sweet or more detailed if we ever need to.

I completely agree. It's essential to offer clients the option to customize AI responses to their needs, such as making reviews more concise, formal, friendly, or adopting a specific writing style. Additionally, using only the first name for a more personal touch would be a great idea.

Agree, the reply length should also be adapted to the review length : long reply to long review, short reply to short review.

Agree, however I do think that “bad reviews” might required longer explanations … so maybe this can be implemented based on the sentiment scanned by the system? Maybe…?
Also the system should allow our customers to pick the tone they want to reply

Yes totally agree a shorter reply option or if possible some settings could be added. Something to allow the client to customise the reply from Professional to Friendly and Short or long? But definitely needs to be shorter.

I agree. The response is way too long. There needs to be an area where we can set our own prompt and override whatever default one they coded in there.
