The possibility to add multiple QR codes to one client with stats and analytics. So we or the client can track the performance and conversation rate from each code . Example Restaurant with multiple employees and the owner will see which waitress uses the QR code and how many scans are converted into an review

Good idea! This would allow for the evaluation of the performance of different review acquisition channels, but it absolutely needs to be coupled with much more detailed statistical analyses. It should include the ability to define custom periods (e.g., before subscribing to the service and since subscribing to the service), observe the evolution of the number of reviews and the average rating per platform (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.), the number of reviews with comments and without comments, the number of reviews segmented by rating (1 star, 2 stars, etc.), the evolution of the average response time to reviews, and more.
