Currently the landing page options are very basic, it would be extremely beneficial to have freedom to design the forms more freely and collect more actionable data such as NPS (instead of basic evaluation) and collect newsletter/marketing opt-ins or ask more detailed questions about the service delivery (how was food/drinks/staff/value for money). This would make internal reviews much more valuable and data would be collected before pushing customers to 3rd party review platforms.
Cherry on top would be option to send responses via webhook to automate newsletters/CRM etc.
