If we have a 5star rating without text the AI use the agency account default language. But if you have a Client with another language for example agency is set up to englisch and client is in France the AI language for review without text is per default englisch not French which makes no sense for the client. So a possibility to switch the AI language would be awesome.

AI should actually detect the review language automatically. The user should not have to select the response language. That would be awesome!

Yes but when it’s no text in the review than it’s nothing to detect so the possibility to choose is also needed
