Pool resources for all locations at the account level.

Everyone, should Locations within a single plan share the same resources? Otherwise is there any value to this feature? If we allow 2 or 3 locations for the same price but they get double or tripple the features, for the same price - is that beneficial?



It would be nice to either charge a discount for added Locations (added via API per plan) - which isn't currently supported - or - set the limit at the plan/account level but allow them to share a pool of resources for email and text across however many accounts - also not supported.



I'm not sure which flavour would work but the current model seems like we are getting multiple locations to support and manage for the same price as one but they are getting multiple resources as well.

On the Agency plan, we should still be able to set the limit for the number of locations that they can pool together to share resources
