Private Feedback - Image Upload

I have a few people who don't use Google or any of the platforms but still want to showcase testimonials I know you can use Private Feedback but it would be nice if the user could upload a photo if they would like for their review.

I also think we should be able to rename what it is vs. Private Feedback.
