PLEASE make this an "optional" feature which clients can switch on/off. I use two QR codes. One for immediate review requests, which is our main goal. The other QR code directs to a form I integrate with climbo which requests customers name and mobile and/or email. This is for when clients want to collect customer contact details so they can remarket to them.
Climbo please allow unique landing pages (URL) for each user (staff member) within the client. This way our clients can monitor which staff are successfully promoting their business.
This helps build a database of customer contacts which is valuable if we can legally make use of it (GDPR and Internationally Privacy Laws). The downside is it is more steps for customer to take to leave a review. Will this cause customers to abandon the review process? Can you A/B test this?
