Enhance the existing feedback form to allow customers to upload images or videos. This feature aims to provide customers with a comprehensive way to share their experiences directly on our platform, reducing the likelihood of them posting on external platforms like Google Reviews. Base on my experience because they cannot upload the picture of the things they want to complaint makes them go to Google review and upload it there.
