Redirect go.myportal.com subdomain to custom link or main domain

Right now, when a user accesses the go subdomain directly (e.g. go.climbo.com) by removing the customer path, it shows an XML file with "access denied".
Please make this automatically redirect to a custom URL chosen by us, or at least the main domain of our platform.
In the example above, this would mean redirecting from go.climbo.com to climbo.com.
