Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down Review Request Option

Currently we have the 5 Stars that gauge satisfaction. Please give us an option to give a Thumbs Up( green button) and Thumbs Down (red button) as a secondary option, with the admin option of making it the default choice for clients. This setting can be changed in the client's account settings and they can toggle between either option of the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down or the 5 Stars when requesting reviews.

Please allow the wording to be configurable. Eg Would you recommend us? Thumbs up or Down!.

PLEASE Add a smiley option too. Sad, Neutral and Happy Faces. The Happy one is clearly someone who would give a 4 or 5 star rating so they can go to the review site. Star ratings can cause customers not to input them a second time on the review platform!!
