The AI replies for reviews are pretty repetitive, especially for short reviews that can't provide enough context.
Would it be possible to tweak the AI to create variation in the replies to the AI responses?

Great request! To tweak our AI so it chats with better context like us or our clients, matching each brands style. Would be a big win for reputation management, especially since replies/engagement is key for rankings. This change could make our AI sound way more human and save our users a ton of time on edits.
