Include business owner replies to the website widget to keep them focused onto their website instead of jumping off to read elsewhere if the business owner has replied or not, which distracts them to jump onto another website, due to Ads or other interests, than to proceed further with business owner that has attracted them to their website. Overall having the potential buyers stay on their website and act further with an appointment, purchase, etc. Marketing 101.
