You will be able to set an optional default country code at account level. As some clients may be in a different country than others and have customers in different countries, the default will be optional.

It makes sense that the country code dedaults to the login country. However, when inputing requests by SMS or WhatsApp a country dropdown menu to alter a request to a different country makes sense.

I agree I also very sceptical about this feature, this will shorten the usecase of the tool on the account level, the ability to send the SMS and WhatsUp to different country codes should be remained, because for instance the cities with huge travel traffic can have wordwide phone numbers list... using automation all you have to add is the phone number with country code,
all the rest is already automated

1) I consider this function COUNTERPRODUCTIVE, and if it is to be used, there SHOULD BE AN OPTION NOT TO USE IT.

2) If it is to be applied. Application of this function should be applied to the business location, not the account level and once again have the ability to turn it on or off. It doest make sennse to implement it actually, because many businesses will not have only the local clients
