4 star "negative feedback" form does not send email (only applies to 4 star reviews) - Major Flaw!

If I set the evaluation filter threshold at 4 stars, when a customer gives 4 stars it goes to the "negative feedback form"...so far so good. But when he sends the form I DON'T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL. This is very weird: I receive the emails from the form regarding: 1 star, 2 star, and 3 star; but I don't receive an email from the form regarding the 4 star "negative feedback". This means that 4 star "negative feedback" falls into the void. At least it appears on the APP's feedback section, but NO EMAIL IS SENT, so those 4 stars reviews are non-existing for those who uses mainly email to give customer support (which is the most pratical and efficient way). This is a major flaw, in my opinion, and needs to be fixed ASAP.
