Give additionally added Admins a private profile

When any additional admin is added to our app, the new user enters into our master profile account record.
Additional Admins should have their own restricted admin login profile whos access we can modify on demand... not sharing the main account data with added admin employees.
I understand they have restricted access to my master account, but this should not be intentional and should not occur.
It is a security problem sharing our personal account management data and master account email. I don't want employees knowing what email im using to access my WL. A malicious employee can use this data to begin hacking attempts on my master admin account.
Please resolve by creating new & separate admin where they can only see their data record and email.
